The paints are cool. Bright, dry very quickly in pans. They are quite suitable for small sketches. They don’t stain much. There’s no black color, but it can be mixed in.

A good dry watercolor, ideal for outdoor sketches or for students. This is the rare occasion when quality exceeds price. The colors are bright, saturated, and it’s delightful to paint with it (unlike all my other dry watercolors).
